Balfa closed it doors in 2003, who do you think made the 2004 BB7's?? Ever heard of ProCycle?? They own CCM, and Rocky Mountain to name a few. They bought the rights to Balfa in late 2003. Then Rocky Mountain released a revised version of the BB7 in 2004. BTW I talked to the guy who works for Rocky who had a hand in the design of the 2004 BB7. So your F*cking wrong!
